Ministering in such diverse areas as Africa, Europe and
North America, Pastor Rocinda Barnor has been used by God to equip and train
Christian leaders through a strong Apostolic and Prophetic anointing. God has
used her to tear down enemy strongholds, and help open the door for revival.
Preaching and teaching under the Prophetic Anointing, Pastor Rocinda emphasizes
the necessity for both the Apostolic and the Prophetic for individuals and
churches that wish to fulfill their God-given destinies. The Lord placed the
vision for ISAP
based on Ephesians 4:11-12 in her heart four years ago.
Mission: ISAP is committed to school Pastors and leaders in their
Apostolic and Prophetic gifts. This school will enable Pastors and leaders to
function successfully in the arena in which God has placed them. This will be
done through teaching, training, mentoring, impartation and hands-on
experience.
Vision: ISAP is committed to training and teaching Pastors, leaders and
others with Apostolic and Prophetic gifts to fulfill the purpose and destiny
God has for them. We are committed to birthing, training and establishing the
Apostolic and Prophetic through sound Biblical teaching. ISAP is committed to accomplish this
not only in the Dallas Metroplex, but also around the world.
ISAP desires to see churches with Apostolic and Prophetic gifts
trained to affect the world around them. Whether in the marketplace, education,
politics, or media, ISAP desires to equip Pastors and leaders to influence and affect
the atmosphere wherever they are for the Kingdom of God.
Schedule: ISAP will present classes on the third weekend of alternate
